PREDAWN THROUGH GARRY OAKS; PIPER RESTS

The sunrise this morning was rather ordinary but the predawn was quite colourful.  The Garry Oaks made a fine frame for the early, golden rays.

Piper likes to nap as I sit and watch the colour show.  This morning her outer coat was wet from the morning dew but she has extra layers and stays warm beneath her fur.  I need long johns, a hoodie and thermal gloves. :-)
